Angove is Riverland royalty. Founded in the 1880s and still family-owned five generations on, it's one of Australia's oldest continually family-run wine businesses, with deep roots in both wine and the famous St Agnes brandy.
The Renmark home of the company anchors a story that runs through the whole region: irrigation, citrus, fortifieds and, increasingly, certified-organic table wine grown on the family's Nanya vineyard. The range spans honest everyday drinking to genuinely serious organic and single-vineyard bottlings.
For visitors it's a chance to taste the Riverland's heritage and its future in one sitting — the brandy that built the name alongside the organic wines steering its next chapter.
